What is your delivery time?

We try our best to get a delivery date to suit you. We aim to deliver within 1-5 days if the item is in stock, and we offer next day delivery where possible.

Do you have a showroom?

We display all of our garden and home furniture designs in our Nottingham showroom, so feel free to pop down and see us! Please also ask about our ‘pop up shops’. 

Are the cushion covers on the garden furniture sets washable?

Most covers have a zip, and the covers are machine washable at a low temperature (30 degrees or less). Please note that they are NOT suitable for tumble drying. Please be careful when pulling the cushion filling out to avoid breaking the zip. Washing the cushion covers is done at the customer’s own risk.

Are the cushions on the garden furniture sets waterproof?

No the cushions are not waterproof. If they do get wet it is important to let them dry properly and not cover them up. The life span of your cushions will reduce significantly if they are left outside exposed to the elements. We recommend that you keep your cushions inside/ in a dry place, even when using a protective cover for your furniture.

Can my garden furniture set be left outside?

Yes the rattan furniture is all weatherproof and can be left outside 365 days a year. Your cushions must be stored indoors/ in a dry place, and we offer protective covers to help prolong the life of your rattan.

How do I care for my rattan?

Simply hose down and wipe the rattan. Avoid using any bleach or abrasive products.

Why is my rattan different colours?

Each product is hand woven from multi toned rattan. Product colours will differ slightly due to weave and batch numbers year on year. Due to UV light rattan will fade and change variation naturally. 

Why is the rattan under the glass tabletop sagging in the sun?

Due to the nature of the PE rattan the weave may sag under direct sunlight (as it contracts and expands) but will return to its normal state upon cooling. To help reduce this occurrence we recommend using a parasol where possible, and using protective covers to decrease exposure to the elements.

What are the black clips for that came with my sofa set?

The black clips keep the sofa sections together and go underneath the sofa, where the 2 sections meet.

How does my up/down table work?

Please contact the store for assistance and we can send you an instructional video.

What warranty do you offer on garden furniture sets?

We offer a standard 3 year manufacturers warranty on the frame and 1 year on the rattan weave (please see Guarantee Certificate on purchase).

What if my goods arrive damaged?

In the unfortunate event that you receive damaged goods please send us an explanation of the issue along with some images of the damage via email (sales@zoointeriors.co.uk). We will always try our best to amend these types of issues, so please do not worry.

Can I place a pre-order?

Yes – please ring our store and we can advise you on how to order.

What are protective covers?

These are recommended to protect your furniture from the elements. Please note that these covers are not suitable for very windy gardens. Covers have a 1 year warranty. We do not supply covers for footstools, benches or single dining chairs. 

Are protective covers included with garden furniture sets?

No – please ask about availability and price when ordering.

Why are my furniture feet blue or white?

This is just a protective cover on the chrome feet. Carefully peel this away, taking care to avoid tearing off the whole foot.

Why are my cushions missing?

When packaged the cushions are stored underneath the sets. Please turn the set upside down and your cushions should be there.

Can I change my delivery date to a later date?

Yes – if you would prefer a later date just let us know as soon as possible. We can only store items for up to 6 weeks from the order date.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to UK Mainland only (excluding Scotland). For deliveries outside NG/LE/DE postcodes we will aim to deliver ourselves. Where this is not possible we offer a pallet delivery service. For larger items this may involve more than one pallet. We will discuss pricing with you when you order. 

Why is my postcode not recognised at checkout?

There are thousands of postcodes in the UK, and occasionally some might be missing off our list. Please contact us and we can advise you on delivery cost.

Can I track my delivery?

We will call you the day before your delivery to give you a 2 hour time slot. For pallet deliveries we can not track, and you will be given an 8am-6pm delivery slot on your chosen day.

Will the delivery drivers help to get my new garden set/furniture into position?

We offer a service where we assemble all furniture, display it in your chosen area and take away all unwanted packaging. Please contact us for more information.

Do you offer a pay monthly scheme?

No we do not currently offer credit.

How do I use my Fire-pit?

Please check you have a battery in the ignition (not supplied) and hold down the button to hear a click and then turn the dial. contact the store for more information.
