Payment is required in full prior to delivery. All goods remain the property of Zoo Interiors Ltd until paid for in full. All goods are subject to availability.

Delivery dates are estimated and are given in good faith. Zoo Interiors Ltd will not be held liable for any costs incurred through late delivery.

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that all ordered items can fit through passages and entrances and is responsible for all costs occurred from items which cannot fit/be delivered. Zoo Interiors Ltd will not be liable for any loss, injury, defect of goods or any damages occurred when delivery of items is to ‘awkward’ and unusual areas e.g. up stairways, tight and narrow passages and entrances, including windows and doorways. Zoo Interiors Ltd reserve the right to refuse delivery if Health and Safety is considered high risk for Zoo Interiors Ltd employees and any third party working on behalf of Zoo Interiors Ltd.


Zoo Interiors Ltd shall remain the owner of all goods until the full amount of invoice value has been paid. No items will be delivered until the final account has been settled. No return of goods will be accepted which have been supplied in accordance with the purchaser’s order.


It will be the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all goods are insured once delivered. Zoo Interiors Ltd are only responsible for the goods up to the time of delivery. Under no circumstances will Zoo Interiors Ltd be liable for any loss or injury attributable to defects in the goods or otherwise in relation to the performance of any contract entered into between Zoo Interiors Ltd against any claim for such damage, loss or injury made against Zoo Interiors Ltd by a third party.

Damaged/missing items

Any damage or shortage of items must be made in writing within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence. All items should be checked off on delivery and Zoo Interiors Ltd will advise the purchaser if any items are outstanding. We cannot accept liability for items that go missing after delivery. Zoo Interiors Ltd has the right to repair any damaged items before offering a replacement.

Cancellation and Returns

Zoo Interiors Ltd reserve the right to charge the client for any costs incurred through change of instillation date or cancellation, which is not the fault of Zoo Interiors Ltd. All items specially ordered for purchaser/ bespoke items cannot be cancelled or refunded (once work has started on them). We cannot take any responsibility for customer generated mistakes, (errors or defects including spelling, typographical or grammar errors, order quantity or other ordering errors. Purchaser must check all orders at time of purchase. Returns of goods have to be within 28 days and in original packaging, in substantially same condition as purchased. All Clearance/sale items are non-returnable. Purchaser is liable for any costs occurred from returning items e.g. delivery charge.

Force Majeure

Zoo Interiors Ltd will not be liable to the purchaser for any breach of contract arising from or which may have been caused by an act of god, force majeure, war, riot, civil commotion, government order, direction or legislation by fire, accident, strike or other industrial action, adverse weather conditions, delays in transport or by any other matter over which Zoo Interiors Ltd has no control.


Design, material and finish are liable to change without notice in the light of continuing development. We reserve the right to substitute items of similar quality.


Zoo Interiors & Outdoor Living are extremely proud of our high-quality products. We offer a guarantee on our Zoo Interiors & Outdoor Living Garden products and is only valid when presented with original invoice.

 3 Year Limited Warranty

We offer a 3 year limited warranty against structural faults, defective materials or faulty workmanship, as well as manufacturing or material defects. This excludes any scratches, flaking or damage caused by general wear and tear or neglect/misuse of the product.

 1 Year Limited Warranty

We offer a 1 year limited warranty against cracking, peeling and snapping on synthetic weave and against moving mechanisms such as recliner chairs and our up/down table frames and parts.

Manufacturing faults and/or defective materials in fire pits systems, parasols/bases and protective covers are covered by a 1-year guarantee only (from purchase date).

Our warranty does not cover glass, zips, fabric and fillings of cushions. We reserve the right to repair and/or replace parts rather than a complete item at our discretion.

Natural wear and tear or damages that occur due to misuse, negligence or incorrect assembly are not protected under warranty. Zoo Interiors Ltd reserves the right to ask questions/ request photos regarding the use of the product/damage incurred, to establish whether this is a manufacturing error. Prolonged exposure to UV rays can cause slight fading and colour changes to outdoor furniture and is not covered by our guarantee. The use of a cover when furniture is not in use will further increase the life of the product.

Each item is hand woven and is therefore unique, with no two being identical. Varying colour tones and, in the case of some collections, varying widths of polyrattan are blended to give the furniture a more natural appearance. Any slight colour differences of this type are not covered by our guarantee.

Sales products or Ex-Display items are not covered by our guarantee.

Warranties are valid for the UK mainland only, for the original purchaser and are not transferable. Items sold on to third parties will not be covered. Warranties do not cover commercial.

All Guarantees provided by Zoo Interiors Ltd. are in addition to your statutory rights.
