Payment

Payment is required in full prior to delivery. All goods remain the property of Zoo Interiors Ltd until paid for in full. All goods are subject to availability.

Delivery dates are estimates provided in good faith. Zoo Interiors Ltd is not liable for delays caused by changes in import schedules, manufacturing, or suppliers, nor for any costs arising from late delivery. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring items can fit through all access points and for any costs if delivery cannot be completed. Zoo Interiors Ltd is not liable for loss, damage, or injury when delivering to difficult or unusual locations (e.g. stairs, narrow passages, windows, or doorways) and reserves the right to refuse delivery where there is a health and safety risk. For collections, all goods must be inspected at the time of collection and Zoo Interiors will have no liability for goods collected by purchaser’s own couriers ect. Once left the premises.

Damaged/missing items

Any damage must be reported in writing within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence, and any shortages within 1 day. All items should be checked upon delivery; the purchaser will be informed of any outstanding items. Zoo Interiors Ltd is not liable for items missing after delivery. For collections and items taken away at purchase, all goods must be inspected at the time of collection. Once items have left the premises, Zoo Interiors Ltd accepts no responsibility for any damage or loss. Zoo Interiors Ltd reserves the right to repair damaged items before offering a replacement.

Cancellation and Returns

Zoo Interiors Ltd reserves the right to charge for any costs incurred due to changes to installation dates or cancellations not caused by Zoo Interiors Ltd. Bespoke or specially ordered items cannot be cancelled or refunded once production/ordering has begun. Zoo Interiors Ltd is not responsible for customer errors or changing their mind (including spelling, quantities, or order details), and all orders must be checked at the time of purchase. Returns if applicable (ask at the time of purchase) must be made within 28 days, in original packaging and in substantially the same condition as received. Clearance, sale items and one of items are non-returnable. The purchaser is responsible for all return costs, including delivery charges. Returns of assembled or out of packaging items may be subject to a 30% restocking charge.

Force Majeure

Zoo Interiors Ltd will not be liable to the purchaser for any breach of contract arising from or which may have been caused by an act of god, force majeure, war, riot, civil commotion, government order, direction or legislation by fire, accident, strike or other industrial action, adverse weather conditions, delays in transport or by any other matter over which Zoo Interiors Ltd has no control.

Design

Design, material and finish are liable to change without notice in the light of continuing development. We reserve the right to substitute items of similar quality.

Warranty

Zoo Interiors & Outdoor Living are extremely proud of our high-quality products. We offer a guarantee/warranty and is only valid when presented with original invoice. see full warranty information link

Sales products or Ex-Display items are not covered by our guarantee.

Warranties are valid for the UK mainland only, for the original purchaser and are not transferable. Items sold on to third parties will not be covered. Warranties do not cover commercial.

All Guarantees provided by Zoo Interiors Ltd. are in addition to your statutory rights.
