Ordering & Delivery
One of the biggest questions we get asked in-store is “When can you deliver?”
Here at Zoo Interiors and Outdoor Living, we’re open 7 days a week and our wonderful delivery team can deliver to Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Derbyshire, during 5 of these, Monday – Friday. Simple!
The majority of our items are IN-STOCK and we aim to get your order out to you within 1 week. When placing an order online, our system should give you a clear indication which service will be available to you and someone will contact you to discuss, or for in-store orders, we’ll discuss all options with you.
Obviously there are other things to consider, such as the price of delivery and what do you do if you live outside of one of these above areas? Lets break it down,
Zoo Delivery
We offer home delivery, 5 days a week, from 9am till 5pm. Prices for this start at £10.
We don’t just drop and run, our delivery staff will place any furniture (indoor or outdoor), in-situ, build what ever needs building and remove all packaging so it can be recycled back at our premises.
Understandably, people can’t always be available for home delivery, therefore we promise to call the day before and offer a 2 hour time-slot, to make it that bit easier to organise.
Pallet Delivery
If you don’t live locally, we offer curb-side pallet delivery. This starts at £49 and can be arranged for the majority of England and Wales. The biggest hurdle being, it’s size and weight dependant. Not to worry, our store staff know exactly what can and cannot be sent via pallet. Once an order is placed online, someone will give you call to let you know.
Posting and Collection
For smaller items, we can simply post it out to you or in-store collection can be arranged. Again, once an order has been placed we’ll contact you to let you know.
